Chicago Blues pioneered by the great Muddy Waters and songwriter /producer Willie Dixon.The famous Checkerboard Lounge opened in 1972 featuring great blues musicians (the Rolling Stones performed in 1981 with Muddy and his band) Unfortunately it closed in 2015.
One of my favorite Blues Clubs is Kingston Mines in Chicago!
